General Housekeeping				I had 4 kids in that experience, so I'm very good in [taking care of] children. I know what they want and doesn't want. I give everything they want if its good for them. I read books and sometimes I telling story.

Cooking				Base of being housewife I learn to cook for my family, then I came in S'pore - different food, need to learn & cook. Because of my patient I learn to cook some food & do my best, so now I am very good in cooking. They want Filipino, Indian & sometimes Chinese food.
Care For Elderly/Disabled				I stay w/ my grandmother & grandfather when they alive. I help them what they doing, I giving them food I cook for them, I do the works in the house, I never allow to make their self tired.

In she decided to come here, to help her family financially and to eventually see all her kids through college. Marlin finished her first contract here (~2yrs), looking after an elderly person & 2 children, performing all housekeeping duties & cooking in an Indian household. They are currently allowing her to transfer as they will not be needing a helper anymore. According to Marlin, besides Filipino & Indian dishes she has also learned some Chinese home-styled dishes as well and is willing to learn more. Plans to work here as long as she can for her & her family’s future.
