Norma is a pleasant girl, she is very bright and intelligent. She takes to instructions really well and can be moulded to fit any household. She is a cheerful girl that will be good for households with kids. The kids she is looking after now are very close to her. She loves playing with them and being around them. They always hug her and ask her where she's going when she leaves the house. She likes to cook too, and can cook Chinese and simple Austrian food. She's a fast learner and likes to learn new dishes. She does the grocery lists herself and does the marketing.
