General Housekeeping				Don't let them do the things that is bot right love the kids, teach them how to respect people older than them. Always guide them and give attention to them. Teach them how to polite and take good care of them especially if the parents are not around. Always check if their health is okay, always be with them, gave patient if the kids has work must guide them, help them, understand what they want.

Care for Infant				Always keep yr eyes to them because the baby need to take care properly. Know how to change diapers, when to give food, because i am a mother also that is why i can say that i am very good must secure the baby is safe, before you do your work must attend the baby fist and make them feel good.
Cooking				Tasty food clean the food & dishes properly and i love to cook also as loong as i have recipe i can cook Filipino food, Indian and Western food and i want to cook more, always check if the taste good, must taste before serving. Also must follow what your employer like salty or less.
Care For Elderly/Disabled				Know what they like and dislike follow what they want and assist them what they need. Always keep on eyes to them because some of them want to do somethings that it's not good to them. Need always secure if they are safe before leaving them.

Merrynyl or "Nel" as she is known in short is a yr old. She has a a BA in Education. Her 1st stint here was a nightmare as her mam (strict vegetarian family) was mean to her too & left everything to her. Their 2 yr old twins they had were not being guided well either. She left them after 2 mths & joined her current employer. Worked 8 mths & had to go back as her 2 yr old son was going to be left without a caregiver. went back to Phils & did not intend to come back here again, however her employer kept persuading her for more than 3 yrs to find a solution for her kd & come back here to them. She finally did. She guides & tutors them too (as she has a BA in Edun). Nel comes across as very humble, hardworking, conscientious & intelligent. She wishes to work another 6 yrs then go back & open a restaurant as she has always enjoyed cooking. [EL1/CK1/NB2/KD1/DG1].
