She walks the dogs 6 times a day. She does all the household chores, washing clothes, ironing, grocery shopping, and cooking. She takes pride in her cooking skills. She can cook a variety of dishes, especially Western dishes. She cooks independently, and she can follow recipes. She manages the house herself as her employers are quite busy. We lived in Singapore for 11 years, and we did have a couple of maids, so we are very experienced with the challenges of having a maid. We never had any issues with Flor that plague so many other employers. We loved Flor like she was family. We tried to take her back to the USA, but her visa, unfortunately, was denied. Any family that employs Flor will not be disappointed. Lastly, she is open to criticism and feedback. Unlike many maids, she will ask for clarification if she doesn't understand the task.
