Baby is a matured and responsible girl. She's a great all rounder with experience in all departments. In her last employment her main role was looking after an elderly cancer patient amongst other household chores. When she first joined he was fully fit and she was just making life easier for him and accompanying him to doctor appointments. She was extremely patient with him even when he threw tantrums. His own kids told her that only she understood him and could take care of him. She would now like a change and would prefer to look after kids, they are happier to be around and she has 4 of her own too.
