Mary Grace is a hardworking girl, pleasant and speaks well. She is currently leaving her employer who she's been with for 4yrs. They have a written her a nice reference letter and are sad to see her go. Even though she hasn't looked after very young children she is confident she'll be good with them as she likes kids. She is even confident in looking after newborn babies. The only thing she's not so confident in is her cooking, which her employers say she's good at and always trying out new dishes. They say she has no problems following a recipe and usually when a new dish is attempted it turns out above average.
