Francia is a pleasant lady, she speaks well and is mature, even though she doesnt have kids of her own Francia has experience looking after her employers kids. She loves kids alot and enjoys looking after them very much. She is a good domestic helper and very hardworking. Francia is naturally a happy person, she has good characteristic and will make any employer pleased. Francia learns very fast and is able to adapt quickly, besides being able to speak English and Tagalog she can also speak Malay and Bahasa.
