Ester is a pleasant individual, she speaks well and is easy to communicate with. She's still motivated to work despite her age, she has kids and grandsons that she needs to provide for. She's still strong and says cleaning 2 storey houses are no issue for her. She still has energy to run after young kids too. Her previous employers all said that her strength is looking after kids and that she "demonstrates strong maternal instincts and care for babies and children. " She is "diligent and extremely good with children. " Her favourite is looking after newborn babies, she is confident in doing everything for them, she can sleep with them too and do night feeds. Ester says she's not very good in cooking, but employer says they like her cooking and that she's in fact good at it.
