Welinda (Len) speaks English well, she's a pleasant and neat person. She says she's good in cleaning and makes sure she maintains the house tidy and organised. Her favourite task is looking after newborn babies and says it's very easy for her as she enjoys it so much. She's very patient with kids and has 4 of her own as well. She cooks mostly Chinese food as taught by her previous employers and cooks simple Western dishes like pastas and salads.
