Annie comes across as an honest and trustworthy lady who speaks English to a fair ability. Her English skills will improve rapidly given more exposure to the language. She likes to see a tidy, clean and maintained house and manages to finish all her chores without prompting. Cooking wise, Annie says that her Mam has taught her how to cook Chinese food to a good standard and can produce dishes such as soups, fried Beenhon, sweet and sour pork, curries, and fried vegetables. She is not afraid of dogs, although she has no experience with caring for them, and she can swim.
