Erlinda is yrs of age, very matured and stable in her thinking. She is a college grad too and has more than yrs exp as a domestic helper -- in S'pore, Saudi Arab and also in Taiwan where she attended a 1 yr Care-giver's course and also picked up a little Mandarin. In her own words she describes her strengths as "Responsible, Honest, Smart, particular about Cleanliness, Dedicated, Friendly and a Good Cook. " She has a very cheerful and calm personality. She is very hard working and says she has a "systematic" way of doing housework and can easily adapt to any new environment. As soon as her daughter completes college, her next goal is to "open a Restaurant or day-care Centre for kids". To this end she is motivated to work hard and save money for her future. Erlinda is ever eager to learn new things and likes new challenges.
