She is a college grad and has a degree in Elementary Education and hence will be very good for a household with young kids and where some basic tutoring may be essential. Llanie has a total of 3 yrs experience here -- 2yrs with a Chinese family and 1yr plus with an influential British family who does not require a 3rd maid anymore. (She's the one who has to leave as she is the newest). She speaks very well, is pleasant and humble and carries herself well too. All the staff in the agency like her. We looked for a minus point in her and found one -- she's afraid of dogs. Otherwise, she's a joy to have around you.
