May to October for a Chinese with children aged 7y, 8y and y and living in a condo with their small dog. Her duties are to prepare breakfast, meal planning for lunch and dinner. She would prepare 2-3 dishes for dinner like stir fry dishes, steamed fish, fried chicken, soup (lotus, corn, radish, bakuteh), baked salmon, sambal prawns, garlic butter prawns, pasta bolognese, lasagna, fried rice, home made burger patties, beef/chicken stew

Aug to May for an Australian/Costa Rican family with a then y old girl living in a 3storey semi detached house. Her duties are to cook, clean the house, do the laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, running errands and cleaning turtle tank. They lady employer and the children has left the country and she transfer to a new family.

October to Aug for a Chinese family of 3 adults living in 4 storey house with their dog. Her duties are to cook and clean and walking the dogs twice a day. She tooks 3-4 dishes with soup and the plans the meals.

Sept - Oct worked for a Chinese family with 4 adults and an months old baby. She shares work with another helper and she does the cooking and housewith in the 3 storey house. She does not get along with the other helper. She has a menu to follw and cooked mostly pasta and green salad, roasted chicken, baked salmon with honey with pasta or broccoli and can easily follow recipe books. The family relocated to Thailand.

July to July Elena has worked for a Chinese family where she took care of children then aged 5, 8 living in an HDB with her own room. She would send the kids school, preparing them go to school, cooks 3 dishes for plus soup and can plan the meals; she can cook chicken curry, stir fry dishes, braised pork, fried chicken, steamed fish, beehon, soup, chicken rice, sweet 'n sour fish, spring rolls, homemade dumpling, soup- lotus/ watercress, corn, pork ribs, Sze Chuan etc; her employer goes to the market and Elena can plan the meals. Elena was released as the family did not need a full time help anymore.
