Mardy is a matured yr old with a college degree. Many a times in her bio data she comes out strong in saying that she was expected to work without any supervision at all as her employers were very busy working individuals & she performed all her tasks (incl Housekeeping, cooking & caring for a sick elderly who was bedridden) to her employer's fullest satisfaction. They even left her alone in the home with the elderly (& with a budget) when they went overseas for holiday. She enjoyed a good relationship with both her employers as she always shared information & kept them informed of her tasks. Mardy does seem like a trouble-free fit for any household that cannot afford supervision.
