Vilma is , looking fit and has a BA in Education. She needs to work to support her children's education and hence wishes to work many more years here. However, she went thru a rough start in the beginning where she was given homes with elderly sick who not only needed especial care but were also very cranky & hard to please. After 3 bad starts (spanning 9 days & a month each etc) she finally settled down with her current employer whom she's been with for 2. 5 yrs. She has no issues about the elderly, the sick, their special needs nor their idiosyncrasies etc provided she is treated right. She is committed to hard work and is able to handle her chores well. She comes across not only as hardworking but patient & as a caring person too.
