Experiences

4 years (Feb 2015 – Feb 2019) as a helper in Malaysia

Grace worked in a 2-storey house with a rooftop, 7-bedrooms, 5-toilets, 2-living room and 2-kitchen for a Chinese family of 7 with an 85-year-old male, and she assisted to look after his welfare. Daily, she does general house cleaning chores, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding.

Returned home, looked after her family welfare and applied to work in Hong Kong.

7 months (Oct 2021 – May 2022) as a helper in Hong Kong

Grace worked in a condo with 5-bedrooms, 4-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a Chinese family of 3 with an 18-year-old, and she looked after his welfare, together with 2 Indonesian co-helpers. Daily, she does general house cleaning chores, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding.

2 years (May 2022 – May 2024) as a helper in Hong Kong

Grace worked in a condo with 4-bedrooms, 2-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a Chinese family of 5 with a 20- and 23-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. Daily, she does general house cleaning chores, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to learn and adapt to new culture and experiences.

(Jun 2024 – present)

Returns home, looks after her family welfare and seek new job opportunities.



Cooking

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes. In her previous experience, she prepared and cooked basic Chinese dishes, such as steam fish and prawn with vercilli and garlic, sparerib with tauci and garlic etc.



Childcare

She is keen to look after children / infants, and she looks after her own since birth.



Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly.



Pet Care

She is keen to look after pets. While in Malaysia, she fed two rabbits and kept clean the pet areas.



Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour.



2 years contract

She is aware of the 2-year contract.
