Sheryl is & is known as ‘Shey” to all her friends. She is the only child. Her granny put her thru to college. Shey was pursuing a BSC degree in Computer Science. However in her 3rd year had to drop out as she wanted to switch to a nursing course of study instead which was turned down by her granny. Left her kids in the care of her mum-in-law & came here in Jan . Has been In S’pore for more than 4 yrs now -- 1. 9 yrs with a Chinese family, 2 yrs with an American & now with an Indian family for only 5 months as there is a change in the family structure & they do not require a helper anymore. So far she’s been sending money back home to support her kids expenses. She also bought household appliances for them but recently came to realise that her husband has sold them. She intends to now send only the required sum of money under her mum-in-law’s name & save the rest for her own future with her kids. In her own words she says she is “Loving, Honest, Responsible, Cheerful & works Independently. ” Her US employers used to leave their 7 & 5 yr old girls in her personal care when they both went overseas on short holidays.
