Experiences

2 years 3 months (Mar – Jun ) as a helper in the Philippines

Niña worked in a flat with 3-bedrooms, 2-kitchen, a toilet and living room for a family of with a year-old girl, and she looked after her welfare. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding.

Stayed home, spent time with her family and seek new work opportunities.

3 months (Aug – Nov ) as a caretaker in the Philippines

Niña looked after the welfare of a -year-old female with renal failure and -year-old male, a stroke patient. In all these, she learned to manage her work well. For her future employment, she hopes to learn and adapt to new culture and experiences.

Stays home, spending time with her family and seek new job opportunities.



Cooking

She cooks Filipino dishes, such as adobo etc. , keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes.


Childcare

She is keen to look after children/ infants.


Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly. In her local experience, she prepared their meals, administered their medications, attended to and assisted in their needs.


Pet Care

She is keen to look after pets. In her local experience, she fed two dogs, and a cat, kept clean the pet areas.


Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour.


2 years contract

She is aware of the 2-year contract.


Recommendation

In summary, Niña is mature and ready to take on new challenge.
