June 2024 to May 2025 - for a Chinese family of 4 adults including a 94y old man living in a 3 storey landed property. Agnes’s primary responsibilities included cooking and elderly care who is still mobile, she gives his medications, checking blood pressure, bring him to hospital or doctor's appointment, preparing meals etc. She shares the work with another Myanmar helper and they both do cleaning and Agnes mainly cooks. She would prepare at least 4 dishes for dinner and cooks meals like steamed fish, bakuteh, spring rolls, tomato omelet, braised pork, beef with broccoli, beef steak with green salad, pan fried salmon with green salad, prepares kueh pie tee, garlic butter sauce, stir fry vegetables, fried fish/chicken, chicken rice, hokkien mee. chicken curry etc. Agnes also walks the two small dogs of her employer, a poodle and shi tzu. She is leaving her employer as she and the other helper are not getting along. Her duties were to assist him in going to doctor's appointments, checking hid blood pressure daily, bathing him, changing diapers, giving his medications, she can call an ambulance when necessary, she does the paperwork at the hospital like signing admission forms etc.

Dec 2020 to Apr 2021 for a Japanese family in a 3 storey landed property with 2 adults and 3 children aged 12, 10, and 6. Agnes assisted with childcare, including supervising and engaging the children, and maintained the household by cleaning, doing laundry, and grocery shopping. She asked to transfer as she cannot handle the workload.

June 2015 to Dec 2020 for a Chinese family in a 2 storey landed property with 4 adults and their dogs, a terrier and poodle. She provided elderly care, assisted with childcare, cooked meals such as pork curry and steamed fish, and managed housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping. She worked for more than 5y years and transferred.

Feb 2014 to June 2015 - Singapore Worked with a Chinese family in a 3 storey landed property with seven rooms and toilets with 7 adults including an elderly couple . Agnes’s duties included elderly care, childcare, cooking dishes like chicken curry and popiah, and performing housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping. She worked for more than year but she was able to complete the contract due to not having enough food.
