5 months (Oct – Mar ) as a helper in Qatar

Leahane Joy worked in a 3-storey house, and occupied the 2nd floor with 2-bedrooms, 2-toilets, a living room and a kitchen for a Qatari family of 6 with a -year-old female with cancer, and she looked after her welfare, together with 2 co-helpers. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding, wash and clean the family car.

3 months (Mar – Jun ) as a helper in Qatar

Leahane Joy worked in a bungalow with garage, garden, 2-bedrooms, 5-toilets, 4-living room and 2-kitchen for a Qatari family of 2, together with 2 co-helpers. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook simple dishes, laundry, ironing and folding.

1 year months (Jun – May ) as a helper in Qatar

Leahane Joy worked in a 2-storey house with garage, garden, 9-bedrooms, 6-toilets, 5-living room and 2-kitchen for a Qatari family of with a 6-, - and -year-old, and she looked after their welfare, together with 4 co-helpers. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding. In all these, she learned to manage her work well. For her future employment, she hopes to learn and adjust to new culture and experiences.

Returns home, spend time with her family and seek new job opportunities.



Cooking

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes. In Qatar, she prepared and cooked basic Arabic dishes.



Childcare

She is keen to look after children/ infants, and she looks after her niece and nephew’s welfare. In Qatar, she prepared their meals, watched over their playing and safety, attended to and assisted in their needs.



Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly.



Pet Care

She is keen to look after pets. While in Qatar, she fed three felines and kept clean the pet areas.



Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour.
