Marife is a 42yo Filipino domestic helper. She is blessed with 2 daughters aged of 23yo and 21yo. She is currently working as a cleaner with a modest income,while her husband is employed as a driver, also earning a limited wage. Despite their hard work, their combined income is not enough to fully support theirfamily's needs, especially the college education of their children.

Nov 2012 to Dec 2014 (2yrs & 1mo) Lebanon: Marife worked for a Lebanese family of 3, which included a couple and their 25yo daughter. The family stayed in an apartment with 3 bedrooms and worked alongside another Filipino helper, with whom she shared and assisted in daily household duties. Her responsibilities involved general housework such as cleaning, washing, ironing, and occasionally cooking simple Arabic meals. The family also had a pet cat, and Marife helped care for it by feeding, cleaning, and bathing the cat. After successfully completing her contract, Marife decided to take a short break to spend time with her children before seeking new employment abroad.

Jan 2017 to Jan 2019 (2yrs) Saudi Arabia: Marife also worked as a cleaner in a hospital in Saudi Arabia, where she was responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms, toilets, and common areas. One of her key duties included thoroughly cleaning and preparing hospital beds after patient discharge to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

Feb 2019 - Mar 2021 (2yrs & 1mo) Qatar: Marife worked for a Qatari family of 3 with 1 son aged 5yo. The family lived in a 2-storey house with 6 bedrooms and employed 3 Filipino helpers. While Marife focused primarily on childcare, the other 2 helpers handled general housework and cooking. The household had a pet cat, and Marife occasionally helped with pet care, including feeding, showering, and cleaning. She completed her contract successfully.

After completing her contract in Qatar, Marife returned to the Philippines to be with her family. Since then, she has worked locally as a waitress, a price tagger in a clothing warehouse, and is currently employed as a supermarket cleaner. She remains hardworking and committed and is now preparing to take on a new opportunity abroad to continue supporting her family

Marife looks forward to work in Singapore again to earn money to support her family.
