Maid Introduction
Sarah completed her secondary education at Queen of Peace High School in 2011. She pursued higher studies in Bachelor of Industrial Technology, majoring in Food Technology, and reached her third year before financial challenges forced her to put her education on hold.

UAE (2018 – 2020): She worked for an Arab family with six adults. The family lived in a spacious six-bedroom, two-storey house; she was one of three housemaids. Her primary responsibilities included maintaining cleanliness throughout the house, doing laundry, and ironing clothes.
SINGAPORE (MAY 2021 – JUNE 2023) She transferred to Singapore and was employed by a Chinese family in a four-bedroom, two-storey house. She cared for an elderly couple aged 83 and 65, who were both mobile. Her work included all-around household chores—cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, marketing, and even cleaning the exterior walls of the house.
SINGAPORE (SEP 2023 – OCT 2024), She transferred to another Chinese household in a four-bedroom condominium with three adults. She independently managed the cleaning, laundry, ironing, and cooking until the family relocated to Korea. This household consisted of an elderly couple aged 91 (male, bedridden) and 90 (female, mobile), along with their adult daughter.
Sarah is currently back in the Philippines, taking care of her daughter and managing household responsibilities while awaiting another opportunity for overseas employment in Singapore.
With over six years of international domestic work experience, Sarah is confident and capable in managing various household duties. She is particularly skilled & confident in childcare, including caring for newborns and young children—feeding, bathing, changing clothes, preparing meals, and engaging in educational and recreational activities. FOR EMPLOYERS
1) Copy of NRIC or Passport
2) Copy of Spouse NRIC or Passport (Divorce paper )
3) Copy of NRIC or Passport of adult living in the employers residence
4) Copy of the birth certificate of the children living with the employer
5) Latest IRAS in come assessment ( Must be S$30,000 and above ) or sign declaration for MOM to check IRAS or Company letter declaring the monthly income , starting date , complete name , passport number /FIN no: and signed by a person I the company indicating the position and using the company letter head.
6) Copy of certificate of employers orientation for 1st time employers go to ( Website: http://www.sp.edu.sg ) ( Need credit card )
7) Employer to fill up information sheet ( details of residence and work information of employer and spouse ) and signed the service agreement with the agency.
8) FOR SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION Sponsorship Application can only be made if the employer has no enough required income and other adult family member in the same residence has no enough income. A sponsor must be blood related or by marriage to sponsor an FDW employer. ( Design only for Elderly employer not living with children )

- Copy of existing valid Insurance by FDW
- Copy of employers NRIC or Passport and Employments pass
- Employer Sign Phil Embassy standard contract and S$2,000 performance bond form ( Form with the Agency )
- FDW to fill up OFW information sheet and Phil health ( Forms wit the Agency )
- FDW To fill up passport application form and to provide 3 passport size latest photo wit collar shirt minimum ( For passport renewal only ) ( Forms wit the Agency )
