From 2010 to 2015, Rowena worked as a Nanny and household helper for a Chinese family in Malaysia, She initially cared for 2 children, aged 3 & 5 yrs. And by the time she left, the family had grown up children aged 1, 4, 7 & 10yrs. Working alongside another helper, her duties included supervising the children, cooking, preparing meals, cleaning, gardening and baking. She played an integral role in the children's daily routines, helping with homework and organising activities to enhance their creativity and development.

From 2015 - 2018, Rowena continued her work in Malaysia with another Chinese family. In this role, she primarily cared for the 2yr old, ensuring his safety and nurturing his growth. Alongside another helper, she took on additional responsibilities, including cooking, cleaning, marketing and gardening. She supported the child's development milestones and maintained the household smooth functioning. As the sole helper she was responsible for the care of 2 boys, aged 3 & 5yrs. her duties involved managing the children's daily routine, preparing meals, taking them to school, organising educational activities and handling household chores such as cleaning, laundry and ironing. She ensured the children had a structured and nurturing environment, supporting their physical and emotional well being. She took care of the children, cooking, preparing meals, cleaning and marketing. She fostered a loving and nurturing atmosphere for the children, encouraging their learning and creativity while maintaining a well-organised household. She is opened to working with families of any nationality and is comfortable adapting to various cultural environments.
