She previously worked as a helper for a Filipino family from 2019 to 2024 with two children, one of whom was a 5-year-old and the other a newborn baby. In that household, Jonalyn was the only helper, which meant she was entrusted with the full responsibility of keeping the household in order. Her duties included a wide range of tasks such as laundry, ironing, general cleaning, and cooking daily meals for the family. She also managed the home’s cleanliness and organisation, ensuring that the family lived in a comfortable environment. She provided assistance in looking after the 5-year-old, helping with playtime, feeding, and attending to the child’s needs. At the same time, she helped care for the newborn, showing patience and attentiveness when it came to tasks such as changing diapers, preparing bottles, and ensuring the baby was well taken care of.
