Meet Maricel M. Baybay, a warm, reliable, and highly experienced Filipino helper available for transfer by November or December. When she first joined our family, I was heavily pregnant, and she immediately showed great care and commitment — often staying with me until my husband returned home, even when I encouraged her to finish work earlier.
She takes great pride in maintaining a spotless and well-organized home. Everything is always in order, and she requires little supervision.
Cel was also wonderfully sweet and energetic with our newborn. She loved playing with her, singing to her, and taking her for walks. Her cheerful and affectionate nature brought a lovely warmth to our home.
Ultimately, we decided to move on because our working and communication styles did not match. Cel would truly thrive in a more relaxed home where she has the independence to manage her own tasks and go with the flow. Over time, we realised that this difference in approach might not work well.
It was an incredibly difficult decision for us to make noting the many positive aspects that Cel has brought to our lives and we do not blame her for the difference in working styles. It takes two to tango as they say!
She has a kind heart, a positive spirit, and would be a wonderful fit for a family who values warmth, care, and commitment.
