They have given her a good ref letter which states that she "has picked up Chinese, Indian & Western cooking skills; speaks & writes good English; knows how to use public transport & run errands; been responsible with household duties; is trustworthy, manages money & shopping receipts well; been very good with their small dog; been good with their 2 school-going kids, sends & fetches by taxi everyday" etc. (EL1/KD1/CK2/BH/DG).
