Lorna still wants to work to support her children and herself. Lorna has a very good track record. She worked for 8 years in Jordan for 1 employer and nearly 7 years for 1 family in Singapore.

FROM 2012 TO 2018 - She was working in Jordan and worked for a local family. Amongst the children, she took care of the twins. She did all the household chores, cooking, washing clothes, ironing and folding clothes. She finished her 3rd contract. She went back home and applied for Singapore.

Employer 1 26/09/2019 UP TO DATE- She is working for a Chinese family in a 3 storey landed property. She is serving a couple, an elderly couple, taking care 2 chidlren. Since then, she has been taking care of the 2 children. Lorna is mature, responsible, and can be trusted. She does all the household chores without supervision. She can work without micromanaging. She loves to cook, especially Chinese dishes. She can cook like; pizza, pasta, chicken curry, fried beehon, soups, salad, steak, bak kut teh, steamed fish, minced pork with tofu, steamed egg, stir fry vegetable, pork and chicken adobo, Stewart chicken, beef stew, sweet and sour pork, chicken and porridge, chili crab, butttered shrimp, dumplings, spring rolls to name a few. She is keen to take care of young children and newborn babies too. She always washed her hands before handling the baby. She fed the baby on time. She knows how to bathe a baby gently. She knows how to change a diaper, and she does it regularly and makes sure the baby sleeps safely on their back. She knows how to sterilize and clean/wash the baby bottles, and knows how to prepare milk for the baby. She can teach them how to read and write. She sings nursery rhymes like, The Wheels on the Bus, Old McDonald, " ABCs, and many more. She teaches the kids how to read the ABCs and 123s. She also likes to take care of dogs. With this employer, she walks the dog in the mornings and evenings for 30 mins in every day. She wakes up every weekday at 5:30 am to prepare breakfast for the family and snacks for the children to bring to school. She assists the children in their daily activities and accompanies them when necessary. Her employer is willing to give a reference to any potential employer. She is looking for a new employer now because the Granny is becoming difficult to work with nowadays.
