She lives in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. She is a high school graduate and can communicate and understand English. Over the years, her lady employer gave birth to their third and fourth children, and Rosela was fully entrusted with the care of the newborns. She was responsible for complete infant care, including changing diapers, preparing and feeding milk, bathing the baby, administering vitamins as instructed, and closely monitoring the baby’s daily needs. She also slept with the baby at night to attend to feeding and comfort, showing a high level of responsibility, patience, and dedication.

The employer lived in a two-story house with six rooms and six toilets. Rosela worked alongside another helper, and her main duties focused on newborn and childcare, while also assisting with general household chores. These included general cleaning, laundry, ironing, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the home. Through her years of service, Rosela gained extensive experience in newborn care, childcare, and household management, and she is familiar with working in a large household and cooperating well with other helpers.
