The family lived in a three-storey house with 6 bedrooms and 11 toilets, and Cheryl Mae was the only helper in the household. In addition, she assisted with general household chores such as assisting in cooking, cleaning, ironing, and laundry. There were two helpers in the household, including one Indonesian helper. Cheryl Mae’s main duties focused on general household work, such as cleaning, ironing, laundry, dusting, mopping floors, sweeping, and cleaning windows. She also looked after four cats.

Cheryl Mae knows how to cook Filipino food and is willing to learn other dishes. Her special skill is hand sewing, and she is willing to learn baking. She is also willing to do car washing, gardening, and pet care. She prefers to work for Chinese families, Indian vegetarian families, or Indian non-vegetarian families.
