They are now returning to London & hence are reluctantly letting her go (They even wanted her to relocate to London with them but Leonida wishes to remain in S'pore. Was weeping when she narrated this as she said she will miss the mth old baby terribly). They have given her a good referance. Leonides comes across as very dependable, responsible & trustworthy (She's even traveled alone with the employer’s baby to London!) Yes this ‘peace of mind’ for her employers was hard earned.
