From 2019 to 2021 [2 years and 8 months], she worked for an Australian-Singaporean family of four, consisting of Sir, Madam, a 3-year-old boy, and a newborn baby girl born in 2019. Her main priority was caring for the newborn, handling routines, and ensuring the baby’s comfort and safety. At the same time, she prepared the eldest child for kindergarten each morning. Jennifer also assisted Madam in the kitchen by preparing ingredients and cleaning up after cooking. She managed the household chores in a two‑storey bungalow with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including general housekeeping, laundry, ironing, gardening, and washing one car. In addition, she cared for the family’s golden retriever, taking responsibility for daily feeding, walking, and showering. Her main responsibility was caring for the newborn, ensuring proper feeding, bathing, diaper changing, sleep routines, and close monitoring of the baby’s health and comfort. The eldest child goes to childcare center, and she supported him after childcare by showering and feeding him. Household duties included maintaining a clean and organized HDB apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, handling laundry, ironing, and general housekeeping. As the family usually ordered packed food, Jennifer did not cook but remained attentive to kitchen cleanliness and overall household upkeep.

From 2024 to April 2026 (1 year and 5 months), Jennifer has been employed by an Indian family of four, consisting of Sir, Madam, a 2-year-old girl, and a newborn baby boy born in March 2025. She handles all aspects of infant care, including feeding, bathing, diaper changing, soothing, sleep routines, and monitoring the baby’s development and comfort. In addition to childcare, Jennifer manages household duties in a condominium with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, performing general housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and maintaining cleanliness throughout.
