The old lady has to be monitored through day and night and her shift starts from 4:30pm through the night until 8:30am when a live-out Nurse comes during the day. The old lady has a mickey PEG tube and she would feed her through there, check her blood pressure/oxygen saturation level, barthing her, provide oral hygiene care, massaging her, giving her medication, flushing water etc. There is another helper who does the cleaning, cooking and taking care care of the old man while Joycen does the laundry and ironing. Her contract is completing four years and she would like work for another family who needs caregiving services. Her responsibilities were cleaning the house, grocery shopping, and cooking. She took care of the older child by getting him ready for school send/pick up, playing with him, preparing meals and snacks etc. The employment ended as the employer moved out of Singapore.
