Gloria is a Filipino domestic helper with experience working for Arabic and Chinese families in landed properties. She has provided childcare and domestic duties in households. She is able to cook Western and Chinese cuisine.

Feb 2026 to Apr 2026. Singapore. For a Chinese family living in a 3-storey, 6-bedroom landed house. The household consisted of 2 adults and 3 children aged 10,7, and 5. As the only helper, her duties included cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, grocery shopping, marketing, car washing and childcare. She prepared Chinese food for the family. She requested transfer due to heavy workload and lack of food provision.

Jan 2019 to Jun 2021. Saudi Arabia. The household included 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 4. Her main duties were childcare and doing household chores such as cleaning, laundry and ironing. Although her employer's wife does the cooking, she would also assist in the kitchen preparation of Arabic food. She left the position after finishing her contract.

Gloria can prepare Chinese and Asian dishes, including steamed fish, stir-fried vegetables, fried rice and also teriyaki beef with onions, stir-fried pork belly with green chili, mala mixed vegetables, potato sausage, kimchi fried rice, braised shredded eggplant, pork and lotus root soup, tofu and vegetable soup, ABC soup, bak kut teh, radish soup, chicken and mushroom soup, as well as chicken and beef curry. She like to learn new recipes and can adapt her cooking to suit her employer's preferences.
