3 years 1 month (Jun 2021 – Jul 2024) as a helper in Batanes, Philippines

Marivic worked in 3-storey landed property with 6-bedrooms, 6-toilets, a living room and 2-kitchen for a family of 4 with a 2- and 15-year-old, and she looked after their welfare, together with 2 co-helpers. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, marketing, prepare and cook breakfast, laundry, ironing and folding, wash and clean the family car, tend to garden and plant watering. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to learn and adapt to new culture and experiences.  

(Aug 2024 – present)

Stays home, looks after her family welfare and currently, works as store keeper in a Ukay-Ukay store.

Cooking       

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes.  

Childcare

She is keen to look after children/ infants, and she looks after her own since birth. In her local experience, she prepared their meals and fed the younger child, bathed and changed with clothing and diapers, kept company and played with them, administered their vitamins and medication, accompanied them for outdoor sunshine and relaxation, attended to and assisted in their needs.

Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly.

Pet Care

She is keen to look after pets.  

Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour.
