Sep 2024 to Present. For a British-Indian couple with one child in a 3-bedroom condominium. Her responsibilities included household cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, grocery shopping and childcare for their year-old child, changing diapers, feeding, managing nap time, bathing ang putting baby to sleep. She plans the menu and cooks Chinese, Western and Asian dishes. Some of the dishes prepares include chicken shawarma, baked tuna pasta, Japanese meatballs, enoki beef rolls, chicken burrito bowls, Taiwanese pork rice bowls, Greek salad, prawn pasta salad with Greek yogurt, bibimbap wraps, poached chicken salad, yakisoba Japanese stir-fried noodles, prawn mango salad, and chipotle prawn salad and can follow recipes provided. She is seeking a transfer as her current employers will be relocating out of Singapore.

Aug 2023 to Sep 2024. For an American family with a year-old baby in a 3-bedroom condo. She handled infant care while managing household chores such as laundry, ironing, cooking and grocery shopping. She prepared dishes requested by her employers such as pasta, mac and cheese, chicken cutlet with mashed potatoes, braised beef, Greek chicken marinade, tenderloin with mushroom and mashed potatoes, roasted chicken with potatoes and carrots. She left because the employer no longer had a job.

Mar 2023 - Aug 2023. For a Chinese family of 2 adults in a 5-bedroom HDB. Her main duties were cleaning, ding laundry and ironing, grocery shopping and cooking. She cooked Chinese food and Filipino food such as steamed fish or meat, fried rice, braised pork, sambal kangkong, stir fry mixed vegetables, tofu, chicken curry and pancit behoon, adobo and dishes they prefer. She transferred because the employer no longer needed a helper.

Aug 2017 to Mar 2023. For a Chinese and European family of 2 adults and one child in a 4-bedroom condo. Her tasks general household chores including newborn care. She cooked Chinese food, Western food, and Filipino food like chicken adobo, pasta, steamed fish, honey garlic chicken, steamed chicken with mushroom and chinese sausage, seafood fried rice, chicken rice, stir fry glass noodles and soup such as chicken macaroni soup, laksa and bah kuh teh. She left because the employer moved out of Singapore.

May 2017 - Aug 2017. For a European family of 2 adults in a 4-bedroom landed property. Her main duties were cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping and childcare. The children were aged 1 and 2. She prepared Chinese food, Western food, and Filipino food including Japanese chicken curry, garlic butter shrimp, chicken salad, mac and cheese, baked macaroni, fried chicken, pasta, adobo, sweet and sour dishes and other family preferences. She transferred as the family relocated.

Nov 2016 - May 2017. For a Chinese-Singaporean couple. 4-bedroom 2 storey landed house. Her main responsibilities included general household chores, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping and meal preparation. She prepared Chinese cuisine dishes, including crispy pan-fried fish, chicken soup, fish curry, chicken curry, and stir-fried tofu with mushrooms and vegetables, steamed fish as well as other dishes they prefer. She transferred as she cannot fit with her employer’s lifestyle.

Oct 2015 to Feb 2016. For a Chinese family in a 5-bedroom 2 storey landed house. She managed the household marketing, grocery shopping and cooking Chinese dishes such as porridge/steam tofu with minced pork/sweet and sour fish/sambal, water spinach/laksa and dishes they prefer. She transferred as she cannot fit with employer's lifestyle.
