Maritess or "Marie" as she is known is a yr old high sch grad. It took her, the 6th sibling, to decide that she was going to do something about their poverty level & to make a change in their living standards. So, came here at age & has been here for 5+ yrs now with 2 empls -- 2 yrs with a Chinese family & 3+ yrs with a German/Chi family. She's had a good relations with her current empl too. Says she's well liked by them cos "she's a good cook, quick to learn anything, she's fit & sporty & plays basketball with the 6 yr old, manages the marketing money well, trusts her with the kid, with jewelry & with their personal valuables etc". In the 5 yrs that she's worked here, she has also stuck to her promise & resolution -- has been sending her family money & has bought them their own farmland & 2 cows etc. She comes across as very astute, responsible, dedicated & most of all a nice person who you can easily assimilate into any family.
