Gertrudes, or Eden as her friends call her, is a cheerful yet patient y. o. with humble disposition. She dropped out of college during 2nd year since she couldn't pay for her studies anymore. When her youngest son was just months old, her husband left her for another woman, so 2 years later, Eden went to Hong Kong to support her children. 5years with her family back home. She then went to Saudi Arabia – where she worked in large 4-Storey estate in a 6-maid household for another 5 years, after which Eden again went home for 1. 5years to spend time with her children. In she came to Singapore where she first worked for a local family helping take care 3yrs. old twin boys & 5yrs. old boy, but employer only needed help for half a year, after which they transferred her out. Since she had 2 long-term employments. In her years of work she has developed considerable childcare and newborn care skills, cooking Chinese and Western dishes and baking as well as care for the elderly.
