She has a great patience in dealing with children and loves playing with them though she makes sure the schedule for the children is followed. Her patience is very evident in her care for an autistic teenage child for nearly 2 years. She is also disciplined when it comes to time as she tries to wake up on time everyday and follow the schedule her employer gives her. She is responsible and honest and will speak to her employer when something is important or needed for the household. Her employer finds her trustworthy and sometimes left her alone in the house when they went on holiday.
