Responsibilities include preparing daily meals, general housekeeping, laundry, ironing, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the home, and assisting with other household management duties as required. There is mismatch between job requirements and the helper's ability to meet expectations.

Jan 2025 to Feb 2026 for a British family with 1 then 5months old baby living in a condo. Millet mainly took care of the infant such as bathing, change diapers, feeding, playing with the baby, putting to sleep etc as both employers were working full time. She also managed the cleaning laundry, ironing cleaning and cooking. The family relocated and a written recommendation can be provided.

Feb 2021 to Jan 2025 for a British family with kids then aged 9y and 12y when she started work and living in a 3 storey house. Millet managed the whole house chores as both employers were working. She would prepare lunch and dinners, prepare their school stuff like uniforms, sports gears, send to them to school or rugby practice and play basketball with the two kids, cycling together , arranging playdates at their house etc. She can independently plan the meals like lasagna, baked salmon, lamb chops, roast chicken, green salad, chili con carne, tacos, enchiladas, carbonara, pesto pasta or arrabiata, cannelloni; Thai green curry, pad Thai; bakes cookies and muffins. The family relocated to the UK.

June 2019 to Feb 2021 for a Pakistani-Canadian with kids then aged 3y and 6y living in a condo. Both employers were working and so she managed the childcare and housework duties. She would get the kids ready for school, prepare breakfast and pack lunches, send/ pick up the youngest to school while the elder has a school bus, bring them to the playground after school etc. Millet made the meal plans and cooking, grocery shopping, laundry, ironing. The family relocated to Malaysia and she transferred.

Sept 2018 to June 2019 for a Belgian couple living in a condo with their dog, a beagle. She managed the cooking and housework and walking the dog twice a day. The lady employer was pregnant when they hired her but the lady had a miscarriage so they released her as they did not need a helper.

Sept 2017 to Jan 2018 for a Korean family with kids then aged 3y and 5y. Her lady employer could not speak English and they had miscommunication problem and Millet decided to go home.

Between Oct 2014 and Sep 2017, she worked for a Eurasian family & mainly took care of elderly lady in her 80's. She was responsible in looking after the old lady and also looking after her 3 grandchildren who would come to their place daily after school; their ages were 4y, 10y and 12y. She would bath the old lady, cooking for her, bringing her for her appointments, preparing her medicines, she would massage her, grooming & shares the room with her. Millet would cook meals like aglio olio pasta, roasted chicken with vegetables, pesto pasta, bolognese with garlic bread (she makes the garlic spread), fish/chicken curry, chicken pie; she can bake pineapple tarts, cookies; she can also cook Chinese style dishes like pork chops, black sauce chicken stir-fried vegetables, bihon, nasi lemak, & homemade sambal chili, chicken pie, steamed fish, spring rolls and can follow recipe books.
