Ann came to work in Singapore as a domestic employer back in . To date, she has worked for a total of 3 different employers in Singapore.

Her first employer is a Chinese family of 5 people living in a 3-storey landed property. She manages the household chores such as mopping the floor, vacuuming, ironing and laundry. Occasionally, she will wash the family's car within the compound of the employer's property. She also cooks and prepare meals for the family. The family also has a dog and she is requirded to walk the dog daily. Towards the end of her contract, she was asked to renew however, she declined as she wanted to go back to the Philippines.

Ann came back to Singapore about 3 months later. Her second employer is a Chinese family living in a 3-room HDB flat. Similarly, she manages the household chores such as mopping the floor, vacuuming, ironing and laundry. However, she she shares a room with a tenant occupying one of the room and that is something she is uncomfortable with. Eventually, after 4 months she was transferred out. Similarly, she manages the household chores such as mopping the floor, vacuuming, ironing and laundry. Although grandma is mobile, Ann helps to care for grandma who requires daily evening therapy lasting 1 to 2 hours each time. The employer has a collection of pots and plants outside the unit. Ann will assist to care and water the plant as and when necessary.

Ann loves to cook. She is good with western dishes but is able to prepare Chinese vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes too. She is also physically strong for a lady and able to lift heavy things. However, she is soft spoken by nature.
