She's been working as a domestic helper for 15 years now. She is suitable for taking care of newborns, young kids, and the elderly. She does all the household chores too, like cleaning the house, washing toilets, washing clothes and ironing, grocery shopping and cooking. She can cook both asian and Western dishes like Lasagna, Salmon patties, baked chicken, stir-fry vegetables, and baked fish, Salads, Katsu,
Meatball pasta and many more. She can follow recipes too.

Employer 1 28/01/2010 16/04/2010- She worked for a Chinese family in a condo. She served a couple, did all the household chores like cleaning the house, washing toilets, washing clothes and ironing, marketing and cooking. She was returned to the agency due to a communication barrier.

Employer 2 16/04/2010 28/02/2013- She was working for a Chinese family in a HDB. She was serving an elderly couple. She took care of the granny as if she were her own family. She bathed, cooked, fed, changed clothes, and accompanied her to the doctor's appointment, gave her medicine, she also cleaned the house, washed clothes, marketing, and cooked for them. They moved to a smaller apartment.

Employer 3 28/02/2013 28/06/2013 - She worked for a Japanese-Indian family in a condo. She was serving a couple and a 7-year-old child. Her duties include cleaning, vacuuming the carpets, cleaning and tidying up the bedrooms, washing the toilets, cooking for the family, grocery shopping, and serving the employer's guests during weekends or parties. She requested to transfer because she can only sleep after 11 pm and wake up at 5 am.

Employer 4 28/06/2013 15/08/2025 - She worked for an American family in a condo. She served a couple, took care a 3 children since they were born, took care of a dog (golden doodle), and did all the household chores. Her employer gave her a reference letter saying, "It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Carla, who has been an integral part of our family for the past 12 years. Carla is hard-working, patient, and incredibly responsible. Over the years, she has not only cared for our children but has also played a vital role in their development by teaching them important life skills. She is dependable, trustworthy, and has always gone above and beyond to ensure our children's well-being. Beyond childcare, Carla has been a great help in managing our household. She is proactive, organized, and always willing to lend a hand when needed. Whether it was helping with home-school during COVID, taking excellent care of our dog, or keeping things running smoothly, she has been an invaluable support system. One of the most remarkable qualities about Carla is her ability to form a deep bond with our children while also maintaining firm but kind discipline. Our children adore her, and even as they have grown older, they continue to hold a special place in their hearts for her. As our family is relocating back to the United States, it is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Carla, but we know that any family would be incredibly lucky to have her. Employer 5 15/08/2025 24/09/2025 - She was working for a Polish-American family in a service apartment, served a couple and a 2-year-old girl, and did all the household chores. They have decided not to hire a helper since they are staying in a service apartment, and she was staying at a different place. The employer is very particular about cooking. Her cooking skills is not up to the employer's expectation.
