Over time, she learned to cook a variety of Indian and Asian dishes such as dry aloo sabzi, sambar, vegetable curry, Thai vegetable curry, roasted tomato-garlic-onion pasta sauce, aglio olio, daal rice, vegetable biryani, and butter paneer masala.

Dolores and the employer have decided to end their employment as she could no longer cope their vegetarian diet. She will be available for transfer by mid-October .
