I helped at bathing, going to doctor appointments, changing diapers, cleaning, and also feeding. In terms of taking care of Disabled person, I am willing to if given the condition.
As for the cooking, I also help at Cooking for my current employer when given a chance. I know Chinese cuisines like bihon soup, sotanghon, fried vegies, and salads.
