Dec 2023 to November 2024 for a Chinese-British couple with a 12y old girl living in a condo. Her duties are to clean, do the laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, meal planning and cooking. She would prepare 3-4 dishes of Asian food and 2-3 dishes for Western food like adobo, stir fry vegetables, boiled okra, chicken tinola ( Filipono style soup), beehoon, macaroni-chicken soup, corn soup/ pork ribs soup, egg drop soup, steamed fish, stir fry dishes, blanched vegetables; green salad, beef steak, mashed potato, pasta, roast chicken with roast potatoes, egg/ham/chicken sandwiches for breakfast. She would cook 3-4 dishes for dinner like stir fry vegetables, steamed fish, soup (pork ribs with vegetables, egg drop soup), fried fish, adobo, fried rice, beehoon, spring rolls, fried chicken, pan fry salmon with butter, pork ribs soup, garlic butter prawn, pasta bolognese, chicken soup and can follow recipes. She renewed her contract after 2years but employer decided to stay home after a while and not hire a full time help.

2016 to 2018 in Dubai for an Arab family of 5 adults living in a villa. Angeline shares work with 3 other helpers. Her duties were mainly cleaning the 3 storey villa along with the 2 helpers, doing the laundry and ironing. They also help the cook in preparing the ingredients and washing up. She completed her contract and went home.
