3 months (Aug – Nov ) as a helper in Hong Kong

Margie worked in a 2-bedroom flat with 2-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a Chinese family of 4 with a - and -year-old, and she looked after their welfare. Daily, she does general house cleaning chores, do marketing, prepare and cook for the family, do laundry, ironing and folding, wash and clean the family car. She did not complete the contract due to lack of food, and the employer was too strict. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to learn and adapt to new experience and culture.

Cooking

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes. In Hong Kong, she prepared and cooked basic Chinese dishes, such as steam mince pork with chikwa and fish, stir fried vegetables, mince pork with tofu, pork soup, eggplant with mince pork, mushroom sauce with meatballs etc.



Childcare

She is keen to look after children and/or infant and she looked after her own since birth.



Elderly Care

She is keen to look after mobile elderly.



Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour.



2 years contract

She is aware of the 2-year contract.
