Sept to May - Mary Jane has worked for a a Chinese family of 3 adults including an elderly living in a 2 storey house. Her duties are housework and cooking, tending the garden. She would cook 3-4 dishes for dinner like steamed fish, sweet and sour prawns/fish, chicken curry, fish curry, sti fry vegetables, soup like Abc soup/ bah kuh teh, omelette, sit fry beehoon, mee goreng, prawn sambal, chicken sambal, tau yu bak ( braised pork), beef with vegetables, egg tofu with vegetables, adobo, stir fry kangkong sambal with caramelised onions, fried rice, chicken rice, pork spring rolls; Chinese desserts like chen kang, kueh pai ti shell with bang kuang and can easily follow recipes. She enjoys cooking and is ok to look after children. Mary Jane would do the general housework like cleaning, laundry, ironing and cooking. .
