Prior to this, she was in Saudi Arabia. The family lived in a three-story house with eight large bedrooms. Sheila's responsibilities included caring for the infant and all the children.

In addition to her nanny duties, Sheila is experienced in housekeeping tasks such as laundry, ironing, washing dishes, mopping, and general cleaning. She is also skilled in cooking and preparing Arabic dishes such as kabsa, marall, and mandi. While in Hong Kong, she would usually include beef with mushrooms, beef steak, steamed fish, sushi, and fried rice as part of the menu. Also knows how to cooks filipino favorites like sinigang, adobo, and pancit beejon.
