Her duties are mainly to prepare healthy meals for the couple such as salad bowls, chole, rajma, uttapam, pesarattu, tomato dal, leafy dal, omelette, coconut chutney, tomato chutney, egg curry, stir fry brocoli with tofu, dosa, butter paneer masala, palak paneer, home made rose flavored- lassi and can easily follow recipes. Gerlie also manages the general cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, meal planning. The employers are relocating to the UK thus, she can be available for transfer on 1st Sept.

May 2017 to June 2019 in Macao for a Chinese family with 4y living in a flat with a grandma. Her duties were cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking. She would cook steamed salmon, soup, congee, stir fry dishes etc. She completed her contract and found work in Singapore.

2013 to 2016 in Macao and worked for a Chinese family with 3 adults, a family with kids 5y and 6y and an old lady living in an apartment. She mainly did the cleaning, laundry, ironing and cooking along with the grandma. She worked for more than 3y before she went home.

2010 to 2013 Macao and worked for a Chinese family with a then 3y kids and a 5y old living in an apartment. Her employer would plan the menu and she would make congee with century egg, stir fry dishes, blanched vegetables.

2006 to 2008 in Dubai as helper where she looked after kids then aged 3y and 5y children. The family of 4 lived in a 6 bedroom villa and she shared the work with 3 other helpers. Her duties were cleaning, laundry, ironing and helping out in the kitchen or baby sitting. She completed her contract and she went home.
