Jan 2019 to Sept 2024 for a Chinese family of 3 adults living in an HDB with their pet dog, a poodle. There is an elderly couple in their 70's who are both mobile but she assist, accompanying her to doctor's appointment, preparing their medications, checking their blood pressure/ oxygen level, checking blood sugar, walking the dog 3X a day, grocery shopping, meal planning and ensures the elderly couple eat healthy. They have 2 grandchildren who comes to the house every week then aged 5y and 7y when she first came and she was fond of them. Every Friday, all the family gathers in their house Melanie would prepare 3-4 dishes for 12 persons and she plans the meals or the Amah would suggest sometimes. Melanie can cook soup ( egg drop, pork ribs, herbal chicken, bakuteh etc), fish/chicken curry, chicken rice, stir fry vegetables, fried chicken, braised pork,
pasta carbonara/bolognese/aglio olio, Korean pancake, steamed egg, beehoon, spring rolls, adobo, sinigang etc. The family are allowing her to transfer as agreed upon during the last renewal.
