Experiences

(2018 – 2022) as a caregiver/ on-call caregiver in a hospital in the Philippines

Rose Ann looked after bedridden patients with various medical conditions, such as stroke, renal failure, cardiac arrest with tracheostomy etc.

7 months (Sep 2022 – Apr 2023) as a helper in Hong Kong

Rose Ann worked in a 2-storey house with 4-bedrooms, 4-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a family of 4 with a 12- and 18-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding.

1 year (Apr 2023 – Apr 2024) as a helper in Macau

Rose Ann worked in a condo with 3-bedrooms, 2-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a Chinese-Cantonese family of 4 with a newborn and 5-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to learn and adapt to new culture and experiences.

(May 2024 – present)

Returns home, looks after her family welfare and currently, works as on-call caregiver in the Philippines.


Cooking

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes.



Childcare

She is keen to look after children / infants, and she looks after her own since birth.



Elderly/ Patient Care

She is keen to look after the elderly.



Pet Care

She is keen to look after pets. While in Hong Kong, she groomed and fed a dog, kept clean the pet areas.



Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour.
